Tom Morley shortlisted for Rising Star at The North West PROPS Awards 2026

Our co-founder is one of five finalists for the Rising Star Award at Variety's North West PROPS Awards, held in Manchester this November.

The North West PROPS Awards 2026: Rising Star finalist

Tom Morley has been shortlisted for the Rising Star Award at The North West PROPS Awards 2026, alongside Heather Aspinall of GIA, Marie Cowgill of Finanze Group, Callum Barnes of Dalbergia and Reece Gaulton of Sancus.

Tom co-founded SATIS Group and heads up acquisitions, due diligence and exit strategy, leading schemes through the full delivery lifecycle across residential development, conversions, new-build and high-spec retrofit.

An awards night that pays for something

The PROPS Awards are run by Variety, the children's charity, and this is the fourth year the North West edition has been held. The property industry turns out, and the evening raises money for disabled and disadvantaged children: last year's awards raised over £400,000, including six Sunshine Coaches — the accessible minibuses Variety funds for schools and children's groups.

That is a rare thing in an industry awards calendar. The recognition is the excuse; the coaches are the point.

The ceremony

The 2026 ceremony is at The Manchester Deansgate Hotel on Thursday 12 November.

It follows a strong year for the category at SATIS Group: Tom won Rising Star of the Year at the North West Homebuilder Awards in February, and Shaun Rauniar took Rising Star of the Year at the Property Week RESI Awards in May.

Congratulations to Tom, and good luck to all five finalists.
