Shaunak Rauniar is an official judge for the Property Investors Awards again this year, after first joining the panel for the 2025 awards.
Shaunak oversees operational delivery across every department at Satis Group, working with the directors on the full project lifecycle. The 2026 ceremony is at the Hilton Park Lane on 14 November, a year on from the 2025 evening at the same venue.
Judging as well as competing
Having a seat on the panel means reading a lot of submissions from people doing the same work we do, in the same market. That is useful in both directions: it is a good discipline to have to justify what separates a strong scheme from an average one, and it keeps us honest about our own.
