The series looks at the businesses changing how property gets delivered across the region. We were asked about our approach to redevelopment, and gave the same answer we always give: the buildings worth doing are the overlooked ones, and the way to do them well is to keep the whole process in house.
What we told them
- Every project is run in house, from acquisition and planning through construction to sale.
- We look for good bones in the wrong condition rather than easy sites.
- Manchester and the wider North West have the demand and the stock to keep that model working.
