Tom Morley has been named Rising Star of the Year at the North West Homebuilder Awards 2026.
Tom co-founded SATIS Group and heads up acquisitions, due diligence and exit strategy, leading projects through the full delivery lifecycle across residential development, conversions, new-build schemes and high-spec retrofit.
An award for the people, not the buildings
Most of what a developer gets judged on is the finished product. This one is about the person behind it, which makes a change worth marking: finding the sites, standing behind the numbers, and getting a scheme out the other end is the part nobody photographs.
It is also the second time the category has come our way. Shiro Rauniar was highly commended for Rising Star of the Year at the 2024 awards, sponsored by Arbor Living, for his work on funding strategy, investor relations and risk management across the business.
Congratulations to Tom from everyone at SATIS Group, and to the other finalists in the category.
