Shiro Rauniar has been named Rising Star of the Year at the North West Homebuilder Awards.
Shiro co-founded Satis Group and leads funding strategy, investor relations and risk management across the business, working on residential development, conversions, new-build schemes and high-spec retrofit.
An award for the people, not the buildings
Most of what a developer gets judged on is the finished product. This one is about the person behind it, which makes a change worth marking: putting schemes together, finding the funding, and building the team that delivers them is the part nobody photographs.
