Every suite at 22 St John is now occupied. The Grade II listed Georgian building between Deansgate and Spinningfields was remodelled to provide thirteen private office suites, and demand has been steady since the doors opened. The final suite was taken last week by a design studio relocating from the Northern Quarter.
