We have completed the acquisition of Chester House, a three-storey former office building in the centre of Hazel Grove. The building has stood largely vacant above its ground-floor clinic for several years, exactly the kind of overlooked property with good bones that we look for.
The plan
Our proposal converts the building into nineteen one-bedroom apartments, retaining the confident concrete-banded frame and undercroft parking while replacing services, glazing and interiors throughout. The working name for the scheme is Hazelgate.
- Nineteen apartments across three storeys
- Undercroft parking retained
- Four minutes' walk to Hazel Grove station
Planning submission is targeted for late autumn. We will share the designs here as they develop.
